Return XyraTM has a no return policy, but this saves you shipping costs. In case there is a warranty issue (technical), XyraTM will require you to fill out the Technical Support form. Once we receive this form, we will contact you for further information and media. Based on this information, we will conclude whether this is a warranty issue. If we conclude that it is in fact a warranty issue, XyraTM will ship out a new product to you for free (we do not require you to return the product to us). At this point, however, you cannot ask for a refund. In case of Non-Functioning Product (Failure Out of Box), which means that your product does not function when you open it, please contact us within 2 days of the receipt of the order. We will ask for information/media. Based on the information, if it is in fact a non-functioning product, we will be glad to ship you a new one for free. In case of any issue other than warranty or non-functioning product issues, XyraTM will not accept any returns (other than a product being shipped to a wrong location and being returned to our warehouse).

Refunds:Once you have purchased (applicable to shipping orders) any XyraTM product, you cannot ask for a refund once the product has entered the shipping process (usually 1-2 business days). For pre-orders, you are able to cancel your order within 10 days of placing the order. If you placed an order by mistake, please cancel it before it enters the shipping process, otherwise you will be billed for it.

Exchanges: In case of exchanges, once the item has been shipped out to you, you cannot exchange the product for another version/color. You must contact us before the item has been shipped for us to make the required change. XyraTM does not provide you with a return label for this very reason. However, if you have a warranty issue or a non-functioning product, we will ship you a new product at our expense.
