Product Warranty Duration: The XS powercard carries a 6-month limited warranty from date of shipment against defects in raw materials and workmanship. Warranty on the XL Reversible USB Cable is 1-year. Warranty on a replaced device is for the remaining length of the original warranty duration.

Extended Warranty: You can qualify for an extended warranty, adding 3 more months of warranty to the XS powercard (a total of 9 months). This can be done simply by registering your product on XyraTM’s website. You can apply for extended warranty by clicking here or going to the SUPPORT tab and clicking “Product Registration”.

Warranty Claim Procedure:If your product has a technical issue that limits is usage substantially, you can start your warranty claim procedure by filling out the Technical Support form under the SUPPORT tab. After we receive your input, we will ask for detailed information and media. If you do qualify, under the warranty terms, we will ship you out a new product for free!

What’s Covered: A warranty claim may be made against any electrical or physical defect at the time of delivery. Herein after, a customer may exercise the warranty against electrical malfunctions.

What Isn’t Covered: While XyraTM has conducted excessive testing on third party peripherals, every party has it’s own design and technology. As it is impossible to keep up with all such peripherals and their respective designs past, present and future, XyraTM cannot guarantee how it’s products will behave while interacting with the same. XyraTM is not obligated to replace a device based on behavior with third party peripherals. We are sorry for the inconvenience. The warranty will not cover product failure in regards to you breaking it (any defect or malfunction that is caused because of misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, water damage, shock damage, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment). It does not cover incidental damages. In addition, the warranty isn’t any good after you open any product that isn’t intended to be opened – please don’t try and fix anything yourself. Our warranty also does not cover any liquid damage (it’s really easy to figure out whether there has been a liquid spillage on your product). Documentation: To help ensure warranty claims are for genuine XyraTM products, our technical support deparTMent may require your order number and PCID (located on the back of your XS powercard) to complete your claim.

Exclusions and Limitations: By purchasing with XyraTM, whether you place your order online on our website or through Indiegogo, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review XyraTM’s warranty terms, and have done so to the degree you need to be familiar with them, and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them. Certain laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages.
